Justin Rottmann

Justin Rottmann is a 19-year veteran of the fire service and is currently a firefighter/paramedic for the Monarch Fire Protection District in Chesterfield, Missouri.   He has also worked for the Grantfork Police Department since 2003 and has been part of the ILEAS Region 8 SRT since 2012.  He currently serves as the Tactical EMS Team Leader.

Justin has college degrees in Fire Science and a Master’s Degree in Fire Management and Homeland Security from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  Justin is a member of the Madison County Emergency Management Team and instructs first responders at Southwest Illinois College.

During the TECC course, Justin is assisted by a law enforcement veteran with civilian EMS experience.
