Justin Prosser

Officer Justin Prosser has served with the Champaign Police Department since 2007 and has received several commendations while working patrol.  He is currently assigned to the night shift in CPD’s Northwest District.  Officer Prosser has been on the FTO Cadre since 2012 and on the Hostage Negotiations Unit since 2013.  He completed the Kaminsky, Sullenberger & Associates FTO School at Green Bay, Wisconsin and the APTAC 40-hour FTO Master Trainer School in St. Louis, Missouri.  He attended Eastern Illinois University before graduating with honors from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
