Tammy Roach

Serving as our Chief Operations Officer, Tammy is an ordained pastor with the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) and currently serves as a pastor-at-large–preaching, teaching, offering pastoral care, and presiding over worship, funerals, and weddings. She specialized in teaching/ leading Spiritual Wellness Practices. 

Tammy is a trained Spiritual Director who provides Spiritual Coaching to the First Responder Community. She also serves as a chaplain for Plainfield PD/FD and the Metropolitan Alliance of Police (MAP).

Tammy has a B.A. Degree in English from North Central College and a Masters of Christian Formation from North Park Theological Seminary, where she also earned a graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction.

• Spiritual Direction

Tammy and Dan have been married for over 23 years, and they have two teenage children. Together they have journeyed through to the upside of PTSD. They share the same passion to help First Responders, and their families stay connected, and emotionally and spiritually strong in the face of adversity.
