Description
This three-hour course provides law enforcement professionals with practical strategies to recognize and manage the impact of stress, trauma exposure, and compassion fatigue. Participates will learn how mental health and wellness directly affect decision making, safety, and professional effectiveness. The training emphasizes resilience building, selfcare practices, and awareness of available supports to strengthen both officer well-being and community trust.
