Description

The purpose of this course is to provide a refresher for officers who have previously completed the San Jose FTO course.  This 16-hour class will re-train and refresh officers how to train new recruits and help them succeed within their respective departments or to terminate their employment utilizing the San Jose model.

Prerequisite:  Must be previously certified as a San Jose model FTO.
