Description
Heroin use is affecting many communities across the United States with no indication of slowing down. Law Enforcement is challenged with balancing their enforcement and investigative responsibilities while being tasked to administer medical life-saving treatments in the street. A lack of resources, knowledge and innovation has left law enforcement, communities and their medical personnel desperately attempting to address the epidemic of Heroin as it affects youth and adults alike. This course will provide answers to the Heroin problem and will provide effective strategies for combating, investigating and preventing the scourge of heroin and the devastation it is causing across America.
