Description

The Adaptive Supervisor is a one-day professional development course, for first-line supervisors.  The Adaptive Supervisor addresses generational concerns, providing feedback, conducting After Action Reviews, Lawful and Ethical Decision-Making, Adaptive Leadership, and Critical Thinking.
